• Regularly counsel clients about trademark registration and infringement issues; have evaluated, cleared and filed registration applications for in excess of 150 trademarks, and manage international trademark portfolios


• Negotiated and structured licensing program for major league baseball player's memorabilia


• Structured, documented and implemented multi-industry licensing program for owner of patent for textile manufacturing process


• Negotiated and documented settlement of multinational trademark dispute involving customs seizures


• Counseled large, multi-national elevator company about rights under complex licensing arrangement of subsidiary


• Advised multiple clients about rights under professional sports licenses (MLB, MLBPA, NBA, NBAPA, NFL, NHL, America's Cup, NASCAR, Harley Davidson)


• Counseled chemical R&D company about rights under licensing arrangement with large, multi-national cosmetics company


• Negotiated and structured sale of portfolio of athletic apparel trademarks


• Supervised preparation of multiple freedom to practice (patent) opinions


• Regularly counsel clients about copyright registration and infringement issues and have filed registration applications for in excess of 50 copyrights
