A.  Hourly Rates:
Shareholders/Senior Attorneys:  $200 - $300 per hour
Associates:  $150 - $200 per hour
Paralegals/Law Clerks:  $80.00 per hour
 
B.  Trademark Clearance & Registration:
1.  Perform clearance search for proposed trademark and report to client:  $300.00 flat fee plus cost of search
2.  Review full search report with oral report only:  $300.00 flat fee plus cost of full search
3.  Review full search report with written report:  $600.00 flat fee plus cost of full search
4.  Prepare routine trademark application and related paperwork:  $300.00 flat fee plus Trademark Office filing fees
5.  Non-routine applications (i.e. trade dress, color, sound):  to be negotiated
6.  Madrid Protocol applications:  to be negotiated
7.  Prosecution and maintenence work (i.e. responses to office actions, renewals, etc.) billed at standard hourly rates
 
C.  Copyright Registration:
$300.00 flat fee to prepare registration application plus Copyright Office filing fee
 
D. Litigation and Contingency Fees:
Litigation representation billed at standard hourly rates or other hourly rates as may be negotiated. Contingency fee representation and task based billing available in appropriate cases.

E. Flat Fees:
Representaion in connection with negotiating business transactions and drafting or reviewing business agreements billed at standard hourly rates. We also offer flat fee and task-based billing arrangements for appropriate business transactional matters. We charge a flat fee of $1,000.00 plus expenses and government filing fees for incorporation.
